The 7-day delivery window starts on the confirmed shipping date, which you'll receive by email. This is the date your products leave our facility. If they don't arrive at your address within 7 calendar days of that date, the €1,000 refund is triggered automatically.

For deliveries within the EU, there are no customs duties or import taxes. For non-EU countries (Switzerland, Norway, UK), we handle all export documentation. Import duties in the destination country are the customer's responsibility — but we provide all the paperwork you'll need.
